It is after five o'clock in the afternoon and I have put in a full day of researching, editing, and writing among the other tugs on my attention throughout the day with my husband, three boys, and our two crazy dogs. It makes me feel so fulfilled when I make time to sit down and invest in myself. As moms, we give and give all day. When I can meet everyone's needs and still have time for my own, I rejoice! It really makes me a better mom. Being a stay at home mom, can cause you to feel lost and hidden behind the walls of your home. But I know I have something to contribute, and when I do...well, it just works best for everyone.
What inspires you? What do you like to do after everything has been taken care of?
For me, I take care of my children, and then I write about them. It's kind of a funny thought. But they are my world and any mother can read another mom's post about their children and completely relate. Not all moms enjoy writing, but for me it is therapy.
What or whom is your inspiration?
You have a beautiful family! Even though my children are grown I still consider them my world. I think of how wonderful it is that you write about them while they are still young and the moments you are capturing. It is something you and your family will appreciate being able to read years from now. Many blessings to you.
