Many parents I have spoken with are discouraged from the idea of homeschooling their children because they are worried they will not be able to successfully teach their child to read. I just wanted to post this comment real quickly by telling you not to worry! There are so many resources at our disposal today and you are capable of creating fun ways for your child to learn and you don't have to think everything up on your own. I use www.education.com for so many things in my lesson planning and teaching. The website is so generous with their information to help you keep your child on the right track. They include so many fun and exciting crafts and learning tools for your child to use. We truly live in a time when it is the easiest to teach our children at home. The information at our fingertips is ours for the taking and you too can use it to influence your children in a positive way!
