Clean Recipes: Egg Muffins

I found this recipe online. It's so easy!

1. Chop whatever meat and veggies you want for your egg muffin mix.

2. Spray the inside of your muffin pan with oil of your choice.

3. Place veggie/meat mixture in bottom of pan.

4. Mix 1 egg for each muffin and a splash of milk, salt and pepper. Pour eggs over veggies/meat just below the brim. Sprinkle with cheese. (Optional)

5. Bake at 425 for approximately 20 minutes till golden brown.

Can be refrigerated and reheated.
